N-Link OWNERSの登録画面に進む際、「車台番号」「注文時の電話番号下4桁」の情報に誤りがあったり、既に登録済みの車台番号と電話番号を入力して「確認画面へ」をタッチすると、『ご入力情報に誤りがあります』と表示されて、登録画面に進めない場合があります。
登録ページに進めない場合、お手元に車検証をご用意のうえ、「車台番号」「注文時の電話番号下4桁」の情報に誤りがないかご確認ください。
入力内容の確認
- 英数字は半角大文字で入力できているか
- 「0(ゼロ)」と「O(オー)」を誤って入力していないか
- 注文時に申請した電話番号以外を入力していないか(携帯電話、固定電話、ご家族の携帯電話など)
- 過去に登録済みにも関わらず、新規登録をしようとしていないか
情報を正しく入力できているにも関わらず登録画面へ進めない場合や、登録画面へ進めても登録が完了できない場合は、N-Link OWNERS事務局へお問い合わせください。
